Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Jahaziel Tours. This document outlines our official Jahaziel Tours cancellation policy. We aim to be fair and transparent with our clients. Please read the following terms carefully.

Refund Eligibility

We understand that plans can change. Eligibility for a refund depends on when you cancel your booking:

  • Full Refund (100%): If you cancel at least 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled tour or transfer.
  • Partial Refund (50%): If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service.
  • No Refund: If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice.

No-Shows & Delays

A “no-show” is when you fail to appear at the designated pickup time and location without prior notice. No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

For airport transfers, we monitor your flight status. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust. If your flight is canceled, please contact us immediately to reschedule or process a refund.

Cancellations Made by Jahaziel Tours (Our Policy)

In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to severe weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered two options:

  1. A full 100% refund to your original payment method.
  2. The option to reschedule the same tour for a different day at no additional cost.

How to Request a Cancellation

Your cancellation will be confirmed via a reply email. Please note that we operate in the Atlantic Time Zone (AST), and all cancellation times are based on this local time.
