Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Bookings and Payments
1.1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. Your booking is considered confirmed only after you have received a confirmation email from us.
1.2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal) to handle transactions. We do not store your credit card details.
1.3. Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including your name, flight details, pickup locations, and contact information. We are not liable for any issues that arise from incorrect information provided by you.
2. Our Services: Tours & Airport Transfers
2.1. Itinerary Changes: While we strive to adhere to the described itineraries, we reserve the right to alter or cancel tour routes, schedules, or activities due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
2.2. Transportation: We provide transportation in vehicles that are properly licensed and insured. For airport transfers, we monitor flight times and will adjust pickup times for delays. It is your responsibility to locate our driver at the designated meeting point.
2.3. Third-Party Services: Some tours may include services provided by third-party operators (e.g., ziplining, restaurants). These operators are independent contractors, and we are not liable for their acts or omissions.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1. Punctuality: You are responsible for being at your designated pickup location at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may be considered a “no-show,” and you will not be eligible for a refund.
3.2. Health and Fitness: Some tours (e.g., Damajagua Waterfalls) are physically demanding. You are responsible for ensuring that you are in suitable physical condition to participate. Please inform us of any relevant health conditions at the time of booking.
3.3. Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who is disruptive, intoxicated, or poses a threat to the safety of our drivers, guides, or other clients.
3.4. Travel Documents: You are responsible for having all necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas, if applicable.

5. Limitation of Liability
Jahaziel Tours, its employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, accident, delay, or any other irregularity that may be caused by any means. This includes, but is not limited to, events such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or equipment failure.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings. We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance before their trip to cover unforeseen events, cancellations, and medical expenses.

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Jahaziel Tours and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without our prior written permission.
